For the past two weeks, our classroom has celebrated the life and writings of Dr. Seuss. Every day we have read a different Dr. Seuss story and have worked together to do some great activities. We have reenacted Yertle The Turtle, we have eaten green eggs, made Bartholomew’s Oobleck and even created our own Cat and the Hat hats!
One of our favorite parts of the past two weeks has been welcoming guest readers into our classrooms. Thank you to all of the parents who have graciously donated their time to make our Dr. Seuss weeks more special. It is truly a time that your kindergartener will never forget!
